愛達荷大學和明尼蘇達大學終身教授。

創造力與組織創新、知識整體理論、領導力開發、個人與組織的學習、組織中的沖突管理、培訓設計與評估等

教育背景

1982年 于南京大學獲得學士學位。
1992年 于加拿大薩斯卡徹溫大學獲得碩士學位。
1996年 于美國喬治亞大學獲得博士學位。
